       迪安司法鉴定业务始于2008年5月，基于迪安诊断独立实验室平台，相继在浙江和上海成立了社会第三方司法鉴定机构。         Dian Forensics was beginning the operation from May 2008, established by Dian Diagnostics which is a third-party independent medical laboratory company, and then Shanghai institute and Zhejiang institute of Dian Forensics are successively built. Dian Forensic Group was developed by Dian Diagnostics, for the general developing strategy and the forensic professional work, collected a strong forensic technical team leading by Professor Lin CHANG, for exploring a professional route, the chain operation model, and the largescale standardization development model.

       2016年迪安诊断集团根据鉴定业务和整体发展战略，成立了迪安鉴定事业部，组建以常林专家为首的迪安鉴定管理团队，探索专业化引领，规模化发展和连锁化运营的发展模式。 迪安鉴定以“科学匠心、润法泽物”为使命，秉持“持志、虚心、立根、抱节”的价值观，践行鉴定服务、平台服务与产品服务为主的多板块发展战略，致力于成为中国司法鉴定整体方案提供者。

全国迪安鉴定机构布局

National Independent Medical Laboratory Layout

（一）鉴定服务

迪安鉴定在浙江、上海、甘肃、天津、湖南、内蒙古、北京、山西设立了八家司法鉴定机构。鉴定项目以法医类、物证类、声像资料鉴定为主。

（二）鉴科产品

2018年，迪安鉴定启动“迪安鉴科”作为产品服务的品牌发展战略，以“产品+服务”提升全场景服务能力。2021年为鉴科产品启动元年，从自主研发、生产、销售全面发展服务毒筛领域的POCT设备与试剂；以迪安鉴定毒品检验实验室为核心，通过CLUB等服务发展各省合作实验室机构，布局销售网络，为鉴科产品售后打造闭环服务。

（三）科学研究

迪安鉴定科学研究院以“鉴定理论的创新者，鉴定技术的引领者，鉴定能力的拓展者”为己任，设立实体研究基地，孵化科研创新项目，转化推广证据科学技术；开展司法鉴定政策研究，开发司法鉴定大数据建设，致力成为政府和行业的智库。

（四）鉴识教育

迪安鉴识教育是国内首家集司法鉴定教育培训、实操基地和考试测评等为一体的综合性专业服务平台，以此为基础，形成了“三体九柱”鉴识教育教学体系大纲。2021年年初，成立迪安大学法庭科学学院，主要承担培训迪安鉴定内部员工的职责。与外部培训平台——鉴识教育相呼应，共同组成迪安法庭科学\司法鉴定继续教育体系。

（五）迪安鉴定科学研究院

迪安鉴定科学研究院以“鉴定理论的创新者，鉴定技术的引领者，鉴定能力的拓展者”为己任，设立实体研究基地，孵化科研创新项目，转化推广证据科学技术；开展司法鉴定政策研究，开发司法鉴定大数据建设，致力成为政府和行业的智库。（1）迪安心理评估基地是我国第一家专业测谎培训机构。创建了“品性评估技术”学科理论，开发了“品性评估师执业能力”考评体系，是《品性评估师专业能力》证书唯一授予机构。（2）鉴定政策研究室。以“鉴定政策”微信公众号的平台，为司法鉴定行业提供政策和解读；接受司法行政管理部门委托，以“研究报告”形式提供参考性智库。

迪安鉴定科学研究院组织架构

       迪安诊断技术集团股份有限公司（以下简称“迪安诊断”）成立于2001年，是一家以提供诊断服务外包为核心业务的独立第三方医学诊断服务机构，并于2011年7月在行业内率先上市（股票代码：300244）。迪安诊断以“让国人平等地分享健康”为使命，致力于为客户提供“医学诊断服务整体解决方案”，积极推进第三方独立医学诊断平台的多服务领域拓展与上下游产业链的整合式发展战略，业务涵盖医学诊断服务、诊断产品营销、司法鉴定、健康管理、冷链物流、诊断技术研发生产、CRO、生物样本库等领域。目前已在全国布局38家连锁化实验室，并相继通过ISO15189与CAP国际质量认证认可体系，为全国超过18000家医疗机构、超过2亿人提供服务。

Relying on the technical support and the platform advantages from Dian Diagnostics, the chain operation model and the standardization development model of forensic science services are established. In the meantime, we are trying to build projects having core competency, which are growing with the industry scale of Dian Diagnostics. Dian Forensics Group has set up judicial forensic institutions in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Gansu, Jilin, Tianjin, Hunan, Nei Mongolia, Beijing and Shanxi (for planning), and has also made active arrangements throughout the country to build a national first-class forensic science service base. The forensic projects are based on the three categories of Forensic Medicine, Material Evidence, and Audio & Video Materials. The new field of environmental damage identification, which is open to the national acceptance business, is actively expanded.
